This workshop will help you strengthen and deepen your Ashtanga yoga practice. We will learn and apply foundational practice techniques based on the concept of 'tristhana' the 3 places of attention in your practice. Working with the traditional yogic concepts of Asana, Drishti, Bandha, Pranayama we will translate them into our western concepts of Alignment, Focus, Engagement, Breath to cultivate the foundations of a strong and meaningful practice. All levels are welcome.
Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years, this workshop will help you guide your practice to new places of understanding and experience.
