After having a vaginal birth in August 2016, Laura has never been more motivated to get her bandhas back into shape! "What bandhas?" you may ask of yourself. "I have no idea what or where they are!" In this workshop, Laura will cover the anatomy of the bandhas (pelvic floor and lower abdomen), the energetic locks of mula and uddiyana bandha, exercises to help you access and strengthen this area of your body, and poses in which you can easily practice using them. Without bandhas, no lift or lightness is happening! This will be a fun, educational, and playful workshop in which you will become more aware of an area of your body that you walk around ignoring every day!
