A 2 hour intensive ashtanga practice diving into the primary series with additional research poses and stretches to deepen your practice. This practice is dedicated to those with tight hips, knee injuries, and/or sacroiliac dysfunction to help with flexibility issues, to alleviate pain in the practice and assist with injury prevention. Prior ashtanga experience is recommended.
Lori's regularly scheduled Half Primary Series Class on that date will be CANCELLED in lieu of this special, informative class.
