The Primary Series poses many opportunities to build strength within the practice. With a consistent practice, you can become strong and agile by taking advantage of the sun salutations, the leg work in the standing and seated postures, and utilizing the transitions and vinyasas to work your core. It is easy to gloss over these strength opportunities due to habitual routines, fatigue, and the path of least resistance. This workshop will bring awareness to these strengthening opportunities, motivate you to not give in to the path of least resistance, and maximize your potential all while continuing your primary series practice.
