Medicine is not one size fits all  -- come learn about Ayurveda with Kerry Harling!

Do you feel like your life is a struggle?  Do you drink coffee in the morning to get your day started?  Do you work through lunch?  Do you crave sweets, caffeine, chips, bread, or a nap in the afternoon?  Have you tried losing weight in the past 3 years and just given up?  Do you tend to have bouts of worry, anxiety, and depression?  Do you have difficulty remembering things?  Do you finish your day feeling like you were hit by a bus?  Do you wake up tired without the motivation to get up and go?

Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine that has been practiced in India for over 5,000 years.  Spreading to the West as a “sister science” of Yoga, it offers tremendous insight into how we can live healthier, more balanced lives. Through understanding our connectedness to Nature, Ayurveda sees each person as a unique combination of the 5 elements – ether, air, fire, water, and earth. These elements come together in different ways to form different body types, personality traits, and tendencies for specific diseases.

In this workshop, we will discuss how to understand your constitution, and how this information can help you to find your unique state of balanced health. We will discuss how to use food as “medicine,” as well how to improve digestion and increase immunity through simple Ayurvedic recipes and remedies.

Learn simple techniques of Ayurveda specifically for you...to support health and vitality!
