Saturdays, 7am-8am - January 24, 2026, January 31, 2026 and February 7, 2026
Dedicate three Saturday mornings to mastering headstands and shoulderstands. Both postures are typically introduced towards the end of an Ashtanga practice. For novice practitioners, these poses can be daunting. Conversely, long-time practitioners can gain profound insights and achieve unparalleled ease and stability by delving deeper into these poses.
We will focus on alignment and building strength. The practice will be lighthearted, engaging, and instructional.
This class is suitable for students with some yoga experience. Prior knowledge of inversions, such as headstands, shoulder stands, and handstands, is not necessary. All participants will utilize props, including blocks, blankets, straps, and chairs. Collaborative teamwork will be encouraged, as it can be an effective learning tool.
$70 (Free to Unlimited Members) Class Size is limited to 10 students.
