15-Day Rest Challenge

Stretch yourself with a 15-day Rest Challenge. When our nervous systems are overwhelmed, stressed, or on high alert, rest can be a real game-changer!  Begin the Rest Challenge with Savasana, a simple yoga resting pose. We will show you how to get set up using blankets and bolsters, to support a relaxed, comfortable place for rest.  Deep rest is a journey, take some time to explore this possibility. 

 It is easy to participate

  1. Simply show up to class, and the teachers at The Shala will provide the necessary time, opportunities and strategies to experience savasana.

  2. Mark your 15-day journey by putting a sticker on a 15-day timeline to celebrate each time you attend.  You can even use a fun alias.

  3. And finally, take rest!

Some details:

  • The 15-Day Rest Challenge is free.

  • Come to class and we will help you!

  • The Shala will post a timeline in the studio before April 18, 2026.  We will provide plenty of stickers.

  • You get two stickers for coming to Restorative Class or Savasana “office hours”.  You get one sticker for coming to any other class and participating a savasana that works for you.

  • Stop by our 30-minute, Savasana “office hours” to consult with a teacher. These sessions are free.

    • Quiet Reflection Time Before Gentle Yoga, 3pm on Tuesdays

    • Savasana Clinic, 10:00am, Wednesday, April 22 and April 30, 2026
