Join Marla Tortorice and the Sādhaka x Shala Pittsburgh community for a week of Mysore mornings, afternoon workshops that tap into the subtle parts of the practice, and, above all, meeting each other where we are.
In addition to practice and study, we’ll spend time walking in the woods, drinking coffee at nearby cafes (bonus points if you bring your journal), and grabbing takeaway from the best mediterranean pizza place you’ve ever experienced to enjoy on Marla’s roof (yes, there’s a vegan option).
It doesn’t have to be so hard, and we certainly don’t have to do it alone.

If space is left, individual workshops will be released on September 1, 2026. Workshop price does not include dinners, salsa dancing, or coffee.
