Four Week | Evening Series | Beginner-Friendly | 45-Minute 

Embark on a transformative four-week journey into the practices of chanting and meditation with Ashvarya Sinha. This beginner-friendly series is designed for anyone curious about mantra and stillness—no prior experience with singing, chanting, or meditation is needed.

Each 45-minute evening session provides a grounding reset at the end of your day. Participants will be guided through simple, repetitive chants rooted in ancient mantra traditions. The focus is on vibration, rhythm, and intention—not performance.

As the resonance of the chants builds, participants will transition into guided meditation, allowing the sound to soften into silence and deep presence. Each class closes with quiet integration, leaving participants calm, clear, and restored.

 Over the course of four weeks, you’ll:

  • Learn foundational chanting techniques  

  • Develop a sustainable meditation practice  

  • Experience the calming and centering effects of sound  

Come as you are. Bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to explore the power of your own voice.

Appropriate for all levels. All are welcome.

Four-Week Course is $150, Individual sessions are $32 (Shala Members 15% off)
