This workshop is a guided journey into the power of your breath as a tool for healing, regulation, and deep inner connection. Through conscious breathing practices, you’ll learn how to shift out of stress, quiet the mind, and support your nervous system in returning to a state of balance.
We live in a world that often keeps us activated or shut down. Breathwork gently interrupts these patterns, signaling safety to the body and allowing stored tension, emotion, and stress to begin to release. It’s a direct pathway into the body’s natural capacity to heal.
This experience also includes gentle neurogenic tremoring (TRE), a natural mechanism that helps the body discharge stress and trauma without needing to reprocess the story. These subtle, involuntary movements support the nervous system in unwinding and restoring resilience from within.

Shanti O’Connor, Breathwork • Yoga • TRE • Grief Tender • Intuitive Energy Healing
Shanti is a breathwork, yoga, and TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) teacher devoted to helping others come home to themselves. Her work weaves together nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and deep emotional healing. She also facilitates grief ceremonies, creating sacred spaces where loss can be honored, witnessed, and metabolized in community. As an intuitive energy healer, Shanti works gently and attuned, supporting the release of held patterns and inviting greater clarity, balance, and vitality. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and reverent of the body’s innate wisdom.
Sara Feley, MA, LMFT, EMDR level 1, PACT level 1, YTT
Sara Feley’s first encounter with yoga was when she was in her freshman year of college. She encountered Savasana and it changed her life forever. Her work in the wilderness therapy industry, highlighted the healing and transformative effect of being in nature while in community. She has an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology. She immersed herself in insight meditation, diamond approach, and zen practices while grounding her practice in the Soma with Gestalt and a YTT 200 hour yoga therapy training. She became enthralled with the Polyvagal theory. Traveling around the world, she found a daily yoga practice through her month long stay in Mysore, India.
In her teaching, she creates an environment of openness and curiosity. Her classes, incorporate nervous system regulating tools and invite a space of inquiry and openness. She is committed to teaching, learning and being an active member in support of social justice in the community. In her free time she likes to volunteer, spend time in nature, engage in joyful movement, play music, spend time with community and play with her sweet dog.
