Rooted + Grounded Healing Private Sessions w/ Shanti O’Conner

These 60-minute sessions are a gentle, attuned space for deep healing, where you are met exactly as you are.

Blending intuitive energy work, grief tending, and compassionate guidance, Shanti supports you in softening into the places that feel tender, stuck, or unseen. Together, we listen to the language of your body, your energy, and your emotional landscape, allowing what has been held or suppressed to safely emerge and move.

As an intuitive energy healer, Shanti works with subtle energetic patterns, helping to clear, balance, and restore flow where there may be contraction or depletion. As a grief tender, she honors the many forms of loss we carry, whether named or unnamed, creating space for sorrow to be witnessed, expressed, and integrated at your own pace.

This is not about fixing or pushing. It is about slowing down, creating safety, and allowing your system to unwind naturally. Through presence, attunement, and deep listening, the session becomes a place where your nervous system can settle, your heart can open, and your inner knowing can re-emerge.

You may leave feeling lighter, more connected, and more rooted in yourself, with a renewed sense of clarity and inner steadiness.

$150 per hour session.  Shanti is in Pittsburgh for only one weekend!  Private sessions are available on Saturday, May 16 at 3pm and Sunday, May 17 at noon, 1pm and 2pm. Reach out to info@theshalapittsburgh.com to schedule.

Shanti O’Connor offers deeply intuitive and grounded healing sessions that weave together the wisdom of an energy healer, psychic guide, counselor, grief tender, and TRE practitioner. Her work creates a steady, compassionate space where emotional healing, nervous system regulation, spiritual insight, and honest self-inquiry can unfold naturally.

With a presence that is both clarifying and deeply attuned, Shanti supports clients in moving through grief, emotional overwhelm, relational challenges, energetic stagnation, and periods of personal transformation. Sessions may include intuitive guidance, energy healing, somatic awareness, nervous system support through TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), and compassionate dialogue that helps illuminate what is asking to be seen, felt, and healed.

Rather than offering quick fixes, Shanti’s approach honors the intelligence of the body, the complexity of the human experience, and the healing that becomes possible when people feel safe enough to soften into truth. Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, emotionally clear, connected to themselves, and supported in reclaiming their inner steadiness.

Her work is especially supportive for those navigating grief, life transitions, emotional sensitivity, burnout, trauma recovery, spiritual awakening, or a longing to live with greater authenticity and embodiment.
